Property management assistant

Look for someone who is reliable and trust worthy to do property management or maintenance related work on a part time basis. All skill sets are welcome. Sample tasks are manage and organize keys, communicate to tenants professionally, work with contractors to receive quotes and complete repairs as agreed to, complete general maintenance if able to.
